  • Managing Maintenance Seminar - The Fundamentals of Managing Maintenance is for all managers concerning the coordination needed to budget for maintenance and produce the lowest maintenance cost per unit of production possible.   • Managing Petrochemical and Refining Maintenance Seminar - A case study is used to demonstrate the application of the Inverse-Square Rule for Deferred Maintenance within the petrochemical industry. 7 Classroom Hours (A working lunch and all materials are included.)

  • Maintenance Manager's Seminar - For the Maintenance Manager that has come up through the toolbox offering college level knowledge to better perform their function. 24 Classroom Hours (A working lunch and all materials are included.)

  • Vertically Integrated Maintenance (VM) for Facilities - A study of the VM Program instituted at a major university that has successfully blended their PM Program with our Vertical Maintenance Program. They have made dramatic reductions in deferred maintenance and a significant improvement in the quality and quantity of their PM effort. All this has been accomplished with a net increase on one person on their staff and no increase in their maintenance budget. 7 Classroom Hours (A working lunch and all materials are included.)

  • Process Mapping for Small Maintenance Shops - How to creating practical process mapping that changes maintenance productivity in nonlinear maintenance facilities.

MANAGING OPERATIONS

  • Identifying Careless Operators - 8% of asset operators are directly responsible for 60% of all maintenance dollars. This course teaches Operations Managers how to track Operationally Induced Events (OIE), identify these operators, and change their behavior. 7 Classroom Hours (A working lunch and all materials are included.)
